3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), may be charged in accordance with applicable law unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Payment Confirmation

A service request, subscription, or order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorisation and receipt of confirmation from the payment gateway.

Plotingo reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction where payment has not been successfully completed.

5. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails due to banking issues, technical errors, network interruptions, insufficient funds, or payment gateway failures:

  • The user should verify the transaction status with their bank or payment provider.
  • If an amount has been debited but the service has not been activated, Plotingo will assist in verifying the transaction.
  • Reversals or settlements are subject to the timelines of the payment gateway and the user’s bank.

6. Payment Security

Plotingo does not store your complete debit card, credit card, CVV, PIN, UPI PIN, or internet banking credentials.

All online payments are processed through authorised payment service providers that maintain their own security standards and compliance requirements.

7. Invoices

Where applicable, Plotingo will issue invoices or payment receipts electronically to the email address or contact details provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their billing information is accurate.

8. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, shall be governed exclusively by the Plotingo Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in this Payment Policy creates an automatic right to a refund.

9. Fraud Prevention

Plotingo reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or cancel any payment or service if it reasonably suspects:

  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Unauthorised payment methods.
  • Identity misrepresentation.
  • Violation of applicable laws or our Terms & Conditions.

Where required, Plotingo may request additional verification before processing certain transactions.
