Plotingo provides technology-based digital products and services, including but not limited to:

• Premium Listing Plans
• Subscription Plans
• CRM Software
• Website Development
• Mobile App Development
• Digital Marketing Services
• SEO Services
• Google Profile Optimization
• Social Media Marketing
• Lead Generation Services
• Other Digital Services

As most of our services are digital and begin immediately after confirmation or activation, refunds are subject to the conditions stated below.

Subscription fees for CRM, premium listings, digital tools, software, or other subscription-based services are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.

Users may cancel auto-renewal (if available), but cancellation will not entitle them to a refund for the current billing period.

Website and mobile application development projects involve planning, design, development, and technical resources from the time work begins.

Accordingly:

• Payments already made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
• Advance payments may be adjusted only if work has not yet commenced and Plotingo approves the request.
• If the client delays the project by failing to provide required content, approvals, or information, the project may be placed on hold without creating any refund obligation.

Digital marketing, SEO, branding, Google Business Profile optimization, social media marketing, advertising management, and related services are professional services delivered over time.

Once work has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable.

Marketing performance may vary based on market conditions, advertising budgets, competition, platform policies, and user behaviour. Variations in performance do not create a right to a refund.

Fees paid for premium property listings, featured listings, promotional placements, or other listing upgrades are generally non-refundable once the listing has been published or the promotional service has commenced.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that property information complies with applicable laws and our Terms & Conditions.

Payments made for loan lead generation services or related promotional services are generally non-refundable after the service has started.

Plotingo facilitates enquiries but does not guarantee the number of leads, conversions, loan approvals, or business outcomes.

Plotingo reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if:

• The user violates applicable laws or our Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activities are detected.
• Required by law or a competent authority.

Where cancellation is due to a user’s breach, Plotingo may refuse any refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where Plotingo expressly approves a refund, the amount will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

Applicable taxes, gateway charges, processing fees, or charges for work already completed may be deducted where legally permissible and disclosed.

Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of Plotingo, unless a refund is required under applicable law or a written agreement with the customer provides otherwise.
